Place the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Schedule a Pickup
Our courier partner will contact you within 24-48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost for the first return.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
